To fulfill a request from an egg-allergic person, I scouted the internet for something chocolaty and egg-free. So i found this Vegan Brownie recipe. I have to admit that I was rather sceptical at first as it was embedded in my mind that 'all cakes must have eggs'. But this recipe I got has proven me wrong. Just FYI, I reduced the sugar to 1 and a half cups, rather than 2.
